tomato red large 300grm
onion 10gms
ginger fresh 2gms
oil 10gms
peppercorn c-3nos
flour 10gms
stock 1ltrs
salt 5gms
sugar 1gms(a pinch)
carrot 10gms
METHOD:
1. Cut tomatoes, carrot slices, onion, and ginger
2. Heat oil, fry onion, ginger, carrot, and peppercorn
3. Add flour and fry lightly add tomatoes and cook till soft
4. Add stock and simmer for half an hour, till all ingredients are well mixed
5. Strain through a muslin cloth or soup strainer and add salt and sugar to taste, bring to boil.
6. Serve hot by adding sippets.
